Mike brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services. He focuses on managing client relationships while helping individuals and families plan for and achieve their personal financial goals for retirement, education, or philanthropy. He lives in Oshkosh with his wife, Jenni, and their three children, Jaxson, Will, and Lila. Outside work, you can find him spending time with family, golfing, traveling, reading, volunteering at church, and following Wisconsin sports teams. 

After nearly ten years in engineering, Brian achieved his goal of becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional in 2020. His detail-oriented personality makes him a great fit for performing in-depth tax and comprehensive financial planning for all clients, especially those who are highly analytical.

After college, Paul worked in the ministry for several years. In 2004, an opportunity arose to take his career in a new direction, and he began working for Allianz Life. Soon after, he joined Personalized Brokerage Services as an insurance product and marketing specialist. In 2008, Paul joined Stephen Stricklin at Wise Wealth, where he discovered their background and beliefs were aligned.

Mike began his career in the insurance business in 1988 and moved to the investment side of the industry in 2002. He joined Guidance Wealth in 2011, specializing in financial planning for individuals and families, including strategic insurance planning, investment advice and retirement planning. In his current position as a Vice President Financial Advisor with Wealth Enhancement, Mike will continue serving his clients to the utmost of his professional abilities.
